Israelis were never considered to be adventurous diners,  but over the past years the Israeli palate has matured.

After the army, Israeli youth travel all over the world. One of the favorite travel destinations is Asia. They return with flavors of China, Thailand ,India and  Japan.   Japanese foods such as  Sushi and noodles have also reached our shores.  Eilat has a large number of restaurants representing authentic Thai food, Chinese food, Indian food and Japanese food as well as delicious fusion.

Review

Wasabi is a  nice little neighborhood restaurant.   It has a very nice selection of authentic Sushi.  Their menu is a fusion of oriental dishes, Japanese Thai and Chinese.  Wasabi is  a Kosher restaurant and is inspected by the Eilat Rabanut.   I enjoyed dining there and will return.  My wife and I left with leftovers. with a bill of just over NIS100.00 for the two of us.
